Caffi performs high-end and high-quality interior remodeling. All of our projects are residential, and most are bathroom and kitchen remodels. trade apprentice

Immediate openings for motivated individuals who are interested in learning a trade. No previous experience is required; we will train you to become a successful skilled tradesman.

Duties include:

assisting technicians on job sites
performing a variety of general labor tasks
learn the skills to become a Plumber, HVAC technician or Remodeler
must be capable of performing heavy lifting and physical labor tasks.

Driver

Immediate opening for a full-time driver to perform the following duties:

– operate a variety of fleet vehicles (e.g. pickup truck, sprinter, box truck)

– assist in the warehouse or on job sites when deliveries aren’t needed

remodeling helper

Immediate opening for a helper with at least 2 consecutive years of remodeling experience. Job requirements would include delivering materials to job sites and performing minor remodeling jobs without supervision and assisting carpenters as needed. To qualify for the position, you must have a valid driver’s license in good standing for at least 3 years and a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Candidate must also be trained in the following areas and be able to perform the following tasks without supervision:

Drywall patch/finish drywall
Painting
Framing

remodeler

Immediate opening for well-rounded carpenters to perform residential carpentry and remodeling jobs. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 consecutive years of experience in remodeling and be well versed in rough, trim and finish carpentry. Tile setting skills preferred but not required. No driver’s license required.

tile setter

Immediate opening for a versatile Remodeler who has at least 2 years of tile setting experience with references to support. Candidates must be able to determine the best layout with minimal tile waste and perform all aspects of tile work, including measuring, cutting, laying, and honing tile, and creating niches. We are not looking for tile helpers so please don’t apply if you’re not able to work without minimal training. Prefer candidate to have experience with Schluter systems.

Candidate also must be skilled in residential carpentry (such as interior trim and drywall hanging and finishing) so they can assist with other remodeling tasks when tile work isn’t needed. Most jobs are high-end bathroom and kitchen remodels, so we are looking for candidates who do not cut corners and can produce high-quality work. Driver’s license not required.
