Brian was prompt (atypical for most services) informative (he provided a full explanation of what he would do and why; lepra me informed throughout the process) and efficient. I have used Caffi before and Brian libre up to the ir high standards. Others may be a bit cheaper, but the quality of their work is well worth it.

William and Luis were great! Caffi was able to resolve a 1 month old issue with our mini split outdoor unit, that our other HVAC company couldn’t complete. The whole experience was five stars, starting from the initial phone call, all the way to the final payment, which by the way was reasonable. Can’t thank Caffi enough.

Caffi did a great job when my 3-year old water heater started leaking — contacting the manufacturer and arranging for a a replacement under the warranty. Johnatan C and Martin P were pleasant, clear about what they were doing, quick in removing the old heater and installing the old one, and very careful about the floor and walls as they moved the tanks down from and up to the third-floor utility room.

I have used Caffi services for many years and have always been pleased. Today my technician was Brian, who replaced a leaking gas valve. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am especially impressed by his willingness to figure out the pilot light system for my ancient Magic Chef oven. He was very patient, and he did an excellent job. We needed to replace the faucets for four sinks since the manufacturer no longer arrived the parts. A neighbor recommended Caffi Services and they handled everything very smoothly and professionally.
